About BeCurious:
BeCurious is a premium Finnish-method preschool operating across three branches in Kuwait — Salam, Shuhada, and Salwa. Built on the belief that curiosity drives learning, BeCurious combines a strong curriculum with a structured operating system.
Each branch must operate at the same standard — every day, in every classroom. The Branch Manager is the person who makes that real on the ground.
The Role:
The Branch Manager owns the day-to-day operation of one BeCurious branch.
This is not a coordination role. It is not administrative oversight. The Branch Manager ensures that every session, every teacher, and every family experience meets the BeCurious standard — consistently, without exception.
You are responsible for execution. What is designed at system level must work in your branch — through people, discipline, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations — One Branch, Full Standard:
- Own the daily running of the branch from opening to closing.
- Ensure all sessions run on time and to standard.
- Execute all SOPs exactly as designed in the BeCurious OS.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and fully prepared environment at all times.
- Ensure readiness for inspections at any time.
Team Management:
- Manage all teachers and support staff within the branch.
- Lead daily briefings and ensure team alignment.
- Hold staff accountable to performance standards.
- Support teacher development through coaching and feedback.
- Ensure no teacher leads a session without required training completion.
Teaching & Classroom Quality:
- Monitor classroom delivery daily.
- Conduct regular classroom observations.
- Ensure lesson plans and weekly planning are completed and followed.
- Ensure child observation records are completed properly.
- Maintain visible application of the Curiosity Lens Framework.
Parent Experience:
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent parent experience.
- Handle parent concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure proper communication standards are followed.
- Support tours and convert interest into enrollment in coordination with Admissions.
Admissions Support:
- Support branch-level enrollment targets.
- Ensure tour readiness and professional delivery.
- Follow up with prospective families when required.
- Maintain accurate information flow to the admissions system.
Inventory & Supplies:
- Monitor branch-level inventory and usage.
- Coordinate with Purchasing Manager for supply needs.
- Ensure materials are available and organized for all sessions.
- Reporting & Compliance.
- Report daily and weekly updates to Director of Operations.
- Maintain accurate records (attendance, incidents, staff data)
- Ensure incident reports are completed within required timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

- The Branch Manager does not operate without structure — SOPs are followed, not reinvented.
- This is not a passive supervisory role — you are actively managing every day.
- The Branch Manager does not avoid accountability conversations.
- This role is not about being liked — it is about maintaining standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in education, preschool, or operations.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency.
- Based in Kuwait or able to relocate immediately.
Preferred:
- Experience in early childhood education.
- Experience in a structured, multi-branch environment.
- Familiarity with school systems (Odoo, Brightwheel, etc.).
